Before a proper diagnosis, please kindly help to do some simple troubleshooting:
- Make sure your e-mail is correctly connected to the internet, and you can send/receive e-mails without any problems
- Check if the e-mails have been sent into the Spam/Junk folder
- Check if your e-mail address is set as a recipient of these notifications in the backend
