Why am I not receiving the enquiries submitted from my website?

There may be a variety of reasons why e-mails from the website (form submission notifications or others) may not be received in your e-mail inbox properly.

Before a proper diagnosis, please kindly help to do some simple troubleshooting:

  • Make sure your e-mail is correctly connected to the internet, and you can send/receive e-mails without any problems
  • Check if the e-mails have been sent into the Spam/Junk folder
  • Check if your e-mail address is set as a recipient of these notifications in the backend

  • Have you been able to receive e-mails previously?
