A new order will appear every time your customer finished the checkout process. You can view these orders by clicking “orders” in the pop up menu on the left.
Each order has a unique ID and is filled with various details (e.g. customer email, contact number, address, payment method, etc.). You can update your order status from one page only and perform other tasks, such as modifying items ordered, pricing, setting taxes, and likes.
There are two ways to check orders:
- From Preview Order (Eye Symbol)
Simply clicking “orders” on the pop up menu on the left, hover over the order you want to see, click on the eye symbol of the order
- From Clicking the Oder Itself
Simply clicking “orders” on the pop up menu on the left, then select the order you want to view. You can see more detailed ordering information therein.
